About Traditional Chinese Medicine at Dao Harmony

Dao Harmony Restorative Health Clinic was born from an early connection to Traditional Chinese Medicine and a desire to help both myself and my wife recover from decades-long auto-immune conditions. 

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease 25 years ago, and my wife suffered from Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, and later, chronic neck and shoulder pain. 

My first experience with acupuncture occurred 24 years ago after my wife attended a clinic and saw significant improvement. I was amazed by the results I experienced after just a couple of sessions. We continued our treatments with our acupuncturist until he unfortunately moved back to China. 

My interest in Chinese Medicine led me to study Qigong, and when Covid hit, I decided it was time to help others with this incredible medicine. I attended two colleges in Dublin before qualifying as a licensed TCM practitioner in early 2025. I furthered my studies to include Tui Na in late 2025 and established the clinic in Kildare in January 2026. 

Having dealt with debilitating diseases for half my life and witnessing the struggles that auto-immune conditions and chronic pain management can cause, I’m determined to empower and guide others back to health. With time, patience, and the correct treatment plan, we can make a difference in your everyday life.
